 MIDDLETOWN - Donna M. Cricco Misenti, 58, of Middletown, beloved and devoted wife of Vincent ( Vinnie) Misenti of 17 years, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her husband on Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2015, and Middlesex Hospice and Pallative care.
Born in Meriden, on Oct. 23, 1957, Donna was the daughter of the Late Andrew Cricco Sr., and Anna ( Rish Cricco. Donna attended Gail-Mar Academy of Hairdressing and Cosmetology in North Haven, Attended Wallingford Schools. She was a hairdresser and cosmetologist for 29 years worked in New haven at Philis Hairstyle and later opened her own Salon at Cricco Salon of Hair Design of Meriden and Wallingford and then Elite Creations and Salon LaRae both of Wallingford.
Besides her loving husband Vinnie she leaves behind a sister, Lorie and her husband, John Wambott, of Florida; and brother, Andrew, of Wallingford. Her loving in-laws, Regina and Santi Misenti; sister-in-law, Barbara Misenti, of Middletown; two brothers and sisters-in-law, John and Christina Misenti, of Ansonia, and Michael and Gina Misenti, of Thomaston; two beautiful nieces, Alyssa and Gianna Misenti; and three handsome nephews, Christian, Anthony, and Joseph Misenti; and many loving true loving friends.
A memorial Mass will be held Friday, Sept. 18, at 10 a.m. at Sebastian Church, 155 Washington St., Middletown, with burial in the family plot in St. Sebastian Cemetery. Her family will receive friends Friday morning from 9 to 10 a.m. at St. Sebastian Church. D'Angelo Funeral Home, 22 S. Main St., is in charge of arrangements.
