DEBRA GALKO OBITUARY

MERIDEN - Debra L. (Snow) Galko, 65, departed this life unexpectedly on October 23, 2022, at her home in Meriden. She was the beloved wife of David Galko for over 40 years.
Debra was born in Meriden, CT on March 17, 1957, to the late Rodman and Shirley (James) Snow.
As an adult, Debra worked for Times Microwave Systems in Wallingford from which she retired after many years of service. Her most cherished times however were when she was spending time with her family. Relaxing at home with her beloved dogs, or taking walks and photos at some of her favorite beaches with her husband and children. She loved Watch Hill and most of all Misquamicut State Beach in Westerly, Rhode Island. She could spend hours on the shore simply enjoying the sound of the crashing waves and views of pink sky sunsets. Her love for life and natures beauty will live on through the countless photos which she captured over the years.
Besides her loving husband David, Debra is survived by her two children, son Matthew Galko of Moodus, CT and daughter Tara Galko of Meriden, CT.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
